GTECH Replaces Arizona Lottery’s Instant-Ticket Product Management and Distributing System with the Latest Software
Lottomatoca S.p.A. subsidiary GTECH Corporation recently announced its newly-signed five-year contract with Arizona Lottery. This agreement will enable GTECH to earn around $10 million in company revenues over the five years covered in the contract.
The contract will start on January 10, 2010, and will follow a competitive procurement process. It also has an option of five one-year extensions.
The contract states that GTECH will replace Arizona Lottery’s current instant-ticket product management and distributing system with the Enterprise Series instant processing system. This is GTECH’s latest ticket management software that has the latest telemarketing software. It will be used by the system starting January 10, 2010 for online gaming purposes. This can also be used in other online casino websites offering games such as online blackjack, online lottery, and online roulette.
Arizona Lottery and GTECH had been partners since 1984, which is more than 25 years, according to GTECH CEO Jaymin Patel. Both parties are confident that they will be able to bring out the best in casino gaming. Casinos like Arizona Lottery are benefiting a lot from GTECH’s services.
